Ketepa Orange Lemon Tonic Mocktail
Ingredients:
For 4 mocktails
14 g of Ketepa orange or lemon
500 ml of boiled water at 95 ° C
500 g ice cubes (approx. 20 to 24 ice cubes)
A shot of Schweppes tonic
First steps
Soak the Ketepa orange or lemon tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Pour the hot tea through a tea filter over 500 grams of ice cubes. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Put the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Pour the cold tea into the glasses over ice cubes. Add a splash of tonic.
Tip: Decorate the glasses with a slice of orange (for a slightly sweeter taste) or a slice of lime (for a slightly fresher taste).
Earl Grey Lavender Tonic Mocktail
Ingredients:
For 4 mocktails
16 g Earl Grey tea
500ml of boiled water at 95 ° C
500 g ice cubes (approx. 20 to 24 ice cubes)
A shot of Indian tonic
Optional: 4 sprigs of lavender
First steps
Let the Earl Gray tea steep in hot water for 3 minutes. Pour the hot tea through a tea filter over 500 grams of ice cubes. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Put the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Pour the cold tea into the glasses over ice cubes. Add a splash of tonic.
Tip: decorate the glasses with a sprig of lavender.
Vanilla-Earl-Grey-Blackberry-Mocktail
This Vanilla Earl Gray Blackberry Mocktail brings together the delicious flavors of vanilla, orange, bergamot (Earl Gray) and blackberries. The perfect mocktail for a real tea lover!
Ingredients:
for 4 mocktails
16g Earl Grey tea
500ml of boiled water at 95 ° C
500 g ice cubes (approx. 20 to 24 ice cubes)
4 slices of orange
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
about 60 g blackberries
Sparkling water or Schweppes tonic

First steps
Let the Earl Gray tea steep in hot water for 3 minutes. Pour the hot tea through a tea filter over 500 grams of ice cubes. Let the tea cool down further to room temperature. Put an ice cube and 2 to 4 blackberries in the glasses. Squeeze out the orange slices in a cocktail shaker. Add the orange slices and vanilla sugar to the juice. Add 8 to 10 blackberries and about 4 ice cubes and fill the cocktail shaker with the tea. Shake everything well until the cocktail shaker is cold to the touch and has condensed on the outside. Pour the cocktail through the sieve into the glasses. Fill the glasses with sparkling water or tonic. Garnish the glasses with two blackberries and a slice of orange
