Shipping nationally and internationally

Shipping within Switzerland costs a flat rate of 7.90 CHF for weights up to 2 kg. Parcels weighing more than 2 kg will be charged separately according to the effort. International parcels are charged separately based on weight.

 

Shipping conditions

We send all orders with B Mail. The delivery time is 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and stock, up to 3-4 weeks for orders. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time by email.

 

What is your right of return?

You have the right to return or exchange our goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving reasons, by registered mail to Kenya Chai & Coffee, c / o Marleen De Heyn Huber, Bahnhofstrasse 10a, CH-5722 Gränichen. Returns can only be made if the goods are unused, unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please enclose a copy of your invoice so that we can credit your return. If the customer has returned the goods properly and on time, Kenya Chai & Coffee in Gränichen will reimburse the purchase price (minus the delivery costs, if these have been borne by the company). Registered returns are made at the expense and risk of the customer. Customer-specific ordered articles and reduced goods are excluded from the right of return.

 

What payment methods are there?

You can pay for our goods by PayPal, credit cards or prepayment. In order to keep the effort and the business risk low, we do not offer delivery on account.

 

Can I buy gift vouchers from you?
